Responsibilities
- Support of approximately 100 employees throughout the entire Employee Lifecycle
- Contact person for employees in all personnel-related and labor law issues
- Ensuring smooth execution of all HR processes within the team
- Planning and conducting application, entry, probationary, development, and annual interviews
- Responsibility for the entire recruitment process from job posting to contract signing
- Ensuring a positive Employee Experience and professional On- and Offboarding
- Supporting managers in personnel planning and development
- Building, maintaining, and further developing an HR tool and HR processes
- Creating and maintaining HR documents, references, and personnel files
Requirements
- Education or further training in Human Resources
- Professional experience in a comparable HR role (ideally in gastronomy)
- Experience in recruiting
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Enjoyment in dealing with people and a high level of empathy
- Very good German skills and good English skills
